No! You are responsible for your website hosting and domain. This ensures that you are having full access and control of your website after launch. Recommendations would be provided if needed. Full migration to your new hosting is included in each website design package.

You, Your team or a copywriter. It is always best when you can provide the content because you are the expert in your business. I do understand if writing your own website copy is not your strength, if you need a recommendation of a great website copy writer, I’m happy to help.

My  website design project timeline takes  4-8 weeks, from start to launch. Each client chooses their website design package and pace. The overall project size, requirements,  your feedback and availability are the factors that we  would consider when choosing a specific timeline for your website project.

For example; the time you would need to provide content, inputs, and feedback during each stage of the process, how soon would you provide them, functionalities  your website required, and the number of  revision cycles, all play a part  in choosing the timeline and the  budget for your website project. Your role  is important here.

Oh Yes! I build websites that are easy to manage. You will have full access to the backend of your new website upon completion.  I love it when you are able to take control of your website and learn to make minor changes on your own. The ‘how-to’ tutorial is designed to help you manage your website by yourself (if  that is part of your website design package). Through my detailed how-to tutorial, you would be able to update things like;  images,  services, your pricing etc. But, I would  recommend a professional to complete tasks such as theme, plugins, layout, design and updates. I provide 1-2-1 tutorials, if you or your team want to learn how to navigate the backend at  the  rate of £99/hour. 

The choice is 100% yours. I can help you to maintain your website or you can do it by yourself. I provide on-going support but not mandatory and you would NOT be charged a monthly fee. If you require on-going support, I will assess your needs and provide you  with a quote based on the request.

Yes! I work with clients all over the world. We agree and schedule  the right time zone for your project. Communication would be done through emails, zoom calls, and project management apps.

I accept payment through PayPal and stripe. This is usually a very easy process,  after you have accepted your website project quotation. What next, including the payment link, would be communicated to you.

No! Monthly SEO is not included in the website design package. You can include this service when choosing your package. But, all items used in building your website can be found by google. For example; text, photo, video etc. can be found by google. But, that doesn’t make  your website to rank on the first page of google. However, I do provide 1-2-1 SEO training to assist you with your SEO needs.
